When leaving the Terminal 3 of Malaga Airport, opposite the street you see the Renfe airport train station. Acquiring your ticket you can travel west to places like Torremolinos and Benalmadena or east toward the capital.

Metro in Malaga

From July 30, 2014 Malaga city launched the Metro which connects the busiest parts of the city through two lines that meet at the stop El Perchel. In the future are expected new stops and new lines that come in handy for both locals and tourists who want to easily move around the different attractions in the city.

- Stops Line 1: Andalucía-Tech, Parainfo, El Consul, Clinico, Universidades, Ciudad de la Justicia, Portada Alta, Carranque, Barbarela, La Union, El Perchel (junction with line 2).

- Stops Line 2: Palacio de los Deportes, Puerta Blanca, La Luz – La Paz, El Torcal, Princesa, La Isla, El Perchel (junction with line 1).

The Perchel stop is next to the train station and bus station in Malaga.
